5-10 Night minimum stay required
Special restrictions and rates for holiday rentals (Christmas, Thanksgiving & Easter)
Security deposit is required to confirm reservation and is non-refundable 90 days prior to check-in
Full amount of rent is due and non-refundable 60 days prior to check-in
All rates subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax
Rental rates and tax are subject to change
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM
